  Hail Caesar Dressing

Description: Home made dressing with home made mayo!

  Amount Ingredient
  2 teaspoon Anchovy paste, Rowland
  1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  2 tablespoon Mono Mayonaise*
  2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  1 teaspoon Pureed garlic
  2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
  Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a fork. Some tiny mayo lumps might remain - ignore them.

Notes:
  * Ingredient is from a recipe.
Makes 6 tablespoons. One tablespoon has 38 calories, mostly from 3.8 grams of fat. But most of the fat is monounsaturated. Adapted from Drs. Eades's book, The Low-Carb Comfort Food Cookbook.
