Chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cooked

Hail Caesar Dressing*

Kidney beans, canned

Lettuce, iceburg

1 cup, sliced

Cucumber, peeled, raw

Apple

1/2 teaspoon

Fructose (not sugar!)

Ground cinnamon

Directions:

Chop lettuce. Chop chicken, peel and slice cucumber. Place these ingredients in a salad bowl. Add beans and pour on dressing.
Peel and cube the half apple, place cubes in a small bowl with 1/2 teaspoon water. Sprinkle with fructose (not sugar!) and a
pinch of cinnamon. Nuke in microwave for about 2 or 3 minutes. Allow to cool a minute or two, toss to spread juices and eat for dessert.
