Please bookmark this page, because in the near future more and more recipes will be available for printing or downloading into ZoneRunner. The recipes will be available to everyone for printing but the download files will only be useful for ZoneRunner import, not very readable by humans. Registered owners of ZoneRunner 1.51 and above can easily import the recipes directly into ZoneRunner and make changes as they wish.

ZoneRunner helps users create recipes that are Zone compliant in balance, amounts of favorable carbohydrates and fats, and are right-sized for them. Recipes downloaded from this area and imported into ZoneRunner can be right-sized for you too. Feel free to print any recipes you want, but in order to import them into your ZoneRunner, you will need to purchase an unlock key. It's only $19.95, so it won't hurt your budget much. But first take advantage of the free trial version and if you like it and want more features, purchase the unlock key then.

Each ZRX file (ZoneRunner eXport) will have at least one balanced recipe (in ZoneRunner, all the faces will be happy) and the other recipes, if not balanced, will be ingredients for the balanced recipe. Following is an example. It is a balanced Caesar Salad meal. The great dressing recipe is included in the ZRX file and so is the mayonaise recipe used in the dressing. The mayonaise is delicious and EASY to make! Best of all it is mostly monounsaturated fat, and compared to the high-polyunsaturated typical mayo, this is a good thing! You can make tartar sauce and other dips from the mayo.
